We’re sorry to hear that you received the wrong or a damaged piece of jewellery! We’re here to help you as quickly as possible. Could you please send an email to klantenservice@vedder-vedder.com with your order number, a photo of the jewellery, and your current name and address details? We will then arrange a suitable solution for you!
PERSONALIZED JEWELLERY
Most Vedder & Vedder jewellery is personalized, handcrafted by our goldsmiths, and unique. These products cannot be returned.
NON-PERSONALIZED JEWELLERY
Non-personalized jewellery marked with a ‘Returnable’ label can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own cost. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.
You can make a change within four hours after placing the order by contacting our customer service. Changes can only be made within the same product, for instance the change of an initial. It is not possible to make a change that causes a difference in the order price. In this case, you will have to cancel your order.
Returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive them. If you exchange a piece of jewellery, we will send you a Track & Trace link as soon as we have handed over the new item to the carrier.

Your order can easily be requested for exchange or return via email at klantenservice@vedder-vedder.com, provided it meets our and return policy.
Please note: only items marked as ‘Returnable’ can be returned.
Yes, the costs for returning items are at your own expense. The return shipment must be sent with a return label from Vedder & Vedder. You can easily register your return through our customer service, after which you will receive the necessary return label. This way, we ensure your return reaches us safely!
