Most Vedder & Vedder pieces of jewellery are personalised and handmade by our goldsmiths and have a unique appearance. This type of product cannot be returned.

NON-PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
Non-personalised jewellery like our Delicate Necklace or Stack and Birthstone Rings can be returned at your own expense within 14 days from its delivery day. You can arrange this via the following link.

Can I have the size of a jewellery item adjusted?

The size of the rings from our Stack Collection can easily be and you can request this via the following link.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are being processed within 10 days after we received them back.
In the event of an exchange we will send you a tracking link as soon as the item is dispatched.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

The best thing to do is contact our Customer Service via the Live Chat or via WhatsApp 020 26 14 626 .

How much time do I have to change something in my order?

You can make a change within four hours after placing the order by contacting our customer service. Changes can only be made within the same product, for instance the change of an initial. It is not possible to make a change that causes a difference in the order price. In this case, you will have to cancel your order.
