Return conditions
Non-personalized jewelry* marked as ‘Returnable’ can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returning these items is easy via this link.
How do return my item(s)?
1. Register your return
To register your return, go to our digital return portal. Enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return, fill in the reason, and choose between a refund or a digital Vedder & Vedder gift card. When you choose a Vedder & Vedder gift card, your return label is completely free of charge. While completing the form, please make sure your (address) details are up to date.
2. Pack your return
Pack the items securely and make sure any old labels or barcodes are no longer visible. We only accept returns of unworn items.
3. Drop off your return
Take your package to a drop-off point near you or deliver it to our showroom in Amsterdam.
4. Refund
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive your digital gift card or refund no later than 1 business day after that.
*Most Vedder & Vedder jewelry pieces are personalized and have a unique character. This type of product is not eligible for returns. If an error has occurred during the production process of your jewelry, we will of course work with you to find an appropriate solution.
