Return Policy

PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
Most Vedder & Vedder pieces of jewellery are personalised and have a unique appearance. Unfortunately, this type of product cannot be returned. In case of questions regarding returns, contact our Customer Service at customerservice@vedder-vedder.com. Please include a clear picture of the product and your order number which can be found in the order confirmation email. 
NON-PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
Non-personalised jewellery like our Bamboo and Delicate Necklace or Stack and Birthstone Rings can be returned within 14 days from its delivery day at own expense. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Our Customer Care team will assess the request (based on return eligibility). 
 
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
  1. Email Vedder & Vedder to request a return
  • Order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • A clear picture of the product
  • Reason for return.
2. Prepare your return parcel including:
  • All original packaging and product
  • Filled-in return form which you received from our Customer Service.
  • Return using your preferred parcel service.  
3.Receive your refund
Once your item is received, please allow us 10 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Bear in mind that we do not refund the shipping costs of your original order.
