Your personalized items are handmade with love in our Amsterdam atelier and may take some time to produce. Designed by you, made with love by us!

Next day delivery
If you have placed your order from the "Next day delivery" before 2PM, your order will be delivered the next business day when within the Netherlands or Belgium.

Personalized items 
1-3 working days production time
1 to 2 working days delivery time

Multiple items in one order are never shipped separately.
Which means that if you order a personalised item and an item from the "Next day delivery" category that both items will be shipped after your personalised item is produced.

ELLE DAY orders
Orders placed with ELLE discount on Friday 12 April, Saturday 13 April & Sunday 14 April will have the following production times;
7 working days production time
1 to 2 working days delivery time

Receive personalised jewellery earlier?
Under delivery options in the check-out you can choose the DHL For You VIP Service / GLS Business Parcel VIP Service (€29,-).
If you place your order on working days before (noon) 12:00 and choose the VIP service, we will produce & ship your personalised item the same day.
This service is offered from Vedder & Vedder and therefore ensures that your order is produced urgently.

Pre-order
A pre order is an order for an item that has not yet been released or is not (yet) in stock.
These items are sent to you as soon as they become available. Thanks to the pre order option, you can buy exclusive items and avoid being late when the item comes back in stock.
Each item is clearly marked with the expected delivery date of the pre-order product.
