Which delivery options do you offer?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship with DHL, with delivery from Monday to Saturday.

We also offer the option to pick up your order for free at our showroom in Amsterdam.

You can easily choose between delivery or pickup during the checkout process.

I made a mistake in my delivery address.

No worries, these things happen! Please contact us by phone as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you immediately.
If the package is already on its way, unfortunately we can no longer change the address. You can try to redirect it via the delivery service to a pickup location. If that’s not possible, the package will be returned to us and we will resend it to the correct address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination of your order and the chosen delivery option. Shipping within the Netherlands with DHL costs €4.50 for purchases under €99,-. Picking up your order at our showroom is free of charge.

For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. You will then see all available options for the respective country.

How long does shipping take to: (DE/BE/AU/...)?

Once your order has been produced and leaves our workshop, the following delivery times apply:

• The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium & Germany: approximately 2 business days

Please keep in mind that the production of our personalized jewellery can take several days. During busy periods, such as around the holidays, both production and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Note: We ship with DHL, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee their delivery times as this is beyond our control.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

We do offer a Priority Service! If you select this option on working days before 12:00 noon when placing your order, your order will be shipped the same day.

Please keep in mind that the Priority Service does not include a fast delivery from the shipping company. Instead the general delivery times apply.

How can I track my order?

The moment we give your order to the shipping company you will receive a Track&Trace Link which you can use to track your order to your door.
