Repair & Service Requests
At Vedder & Vedder, we understand that your jewellery has a special meaning. That’s why we offer various repair and service options to bring your favourite piece back to perfect condition. This includes repairs, a plating service or adding an extra element to your existing jewellery.
How do I request a repair or service?
To submit your repair or service request, go to our digital repair form. Here you can enter your order number and the corresponding email address. Select the items you would like to have repaired or adjusted and choose the desired option. The option for additions can be found under the return reason “Other reason”. While filling out the form, please make sure that your (address) details are still up to date.
1. Submit your request
Our team will review your request and inform you about the next steps and the expected processing time. Once your request has been approved, we will contact you and send you a payment link for the (possible) costs of the repair or service, including the shipping costs for sending your jewellery to us. If the repair falls within the warranty period, these costs will of course be covered by us.
2. Processing your request
Pack the items carefully and make sure that old labels or barcodes are no longer visible. Bring your parcel to a parcel point near you or drop it off at our showroom in Amsterdam.
3. Pack and send your jewellery
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. The processing times are as follows: • Jewellery from the Next Day Delivery category: 1 to 2 working days • Steel, silver, gold-plated, and 9K/14K gold: up to 10 working days Please note that the above processing times may vary during busy periods.
4. Receipt & Processing time
Once we have completed the requested adjustments to your jewellery, we will send it back to you. The return shipping costs are fully covered by Vedder & Vedder.
